ORDER
The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 10.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.141 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.58/2026, dated 23.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order, dated 10.09.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
