This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to correct the error made in S.Nos.53-12A3, 12B3, 12C3, 62-13B2, 13C-2 and 62-16H1 situated at Muvanur Village, Musiri Taluk, Thiruchirapalli District and Survey Nos.2-4B and 185C situated at Peramangalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Thiruchirapalli District. The petitioner had given a representation on 17.05.2021 in this regard.

2.Heard Ms.C.Kayalvizhi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.A counter had also been filed on behalf of the second respondent. It had been stated in the counter affidavit that the representation of the petitioner is under examination of the first respondent/District Revenue Officer and also the second respondent/Tahsildar, Musiri.

4.A direction is therefore given, particularly, to the first respondent/District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirapalli, to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.21326 of 2021 the representation of the petitioner in manner known to law by issuing notice to the petitioner, issuing notice to anybody else, who might be directly or indirectly connected, examining the records and thereafter, take a considered decision with respect to the averments made in the representation. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
