ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned the Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam to dispose of the case in OS.No.251 of 2019 within a stipulated period by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defendant in the suit in OS.No.251 of 2019. The said suit is filed for partition in the year 2019. However, the plaintiffs are not proceeding with the case. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this court for appropriate direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the suit.

3.The above suit was filed in the year 2019 and the grievance of the petitioner is that the plaintiffs are not proceeding with the case and dragging on the proceeding. Moreover the suit is filed for partition.

4.Considering that the suit is of the year 2019, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in OS.No.251 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
