O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the complaint/application given by the petitioner dated 11.11.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for an action to be taken against the second and third respondents under Sections 18 & 20 of the Right To Information Act, 2005.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the second and third respondents submitted that the petitioner has sought for permission to inspect 555 pages of document and the petitioner was permitted to inspect all pages of document.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was permitted only to inspect 549 pages of the document and copies of remaining 6 pages of document have not been furnished to the petitioner.

4. It is not necessary for the Court to go into this dispute. It will be appropriate for the first respondent to deal with the same and pass orders on the complaint/application given by the petitioner dated 11.11.2021 after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
