ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to disburse the Death Cum Retirement benefits of the petitioner's deceased brother namely Solamalai to the petitioner herein, his brothers and sisters by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Sivakasi in Na.Ka.No.4496/m2/2021 dated 15.12.2021, wherein it is stated that the proposal has already been sent to the State Accountant General on 15.12.2021.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further order is required. However, the Accountant General shall consider the proposal sent by the respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed. No Costs.
