ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2018 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.157 of 2018 for partition as against the respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the suit filed by the petitioners for partition is pending for the past seven years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.157 of 2018 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
