The writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent cancelling the patta issued in favour of the petitioner. 2.Perusal of the impugned order would suggest that the petitioner effectively participated in the enquiry before the second respondent and submitted his arguments as well as written arguments. Therefore, there is no violation of natural justice principles to enable the petitioner to bypass the statutory remedy and invoke extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision before the competent authority namely, the District Revenue Officer. The petitioner is entitled to exclude the time 2/4
taken in prosecuting this petition i.e., between 01.08.2025 and the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
