O R D E R

The petitioner in R.C.O.P.No.37 of 2018 on the file of the Rent Controller Cum Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, has approached this Court for early disposal of the case within a reasonable time.

2.The petitioner is the landlord and she has filed a Rent Control Proceedings against the respondents herein in R.C.O.P.No.37 of 2018 to evict the respondents from the property.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the above petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 and there is no progress in the proceedings for the past five years and therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking a direction for an early disposal of the RCOP pending before the Rent Controller Cum Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though notice served on the respondents and also name printed in the cause list, there was no representation for the respondent. 5.In view of the submissions made on either side and also considering the fact that R.C.O.P is of the year 2018, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Rent Controller Cum Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, to dispose R.C.O.P.No.37 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
