This criminal original petition to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.52 of 2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the final report has been filed as early as on 22.08.2020 closing the matter as undetected. The second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the final report on the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court below is directed to take a call in the matter. The Court below will issue RCS notice to the petitioner, so that the petitioner can file a protest petition. The trial Magistrate shall dispose of the protest petition that may be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks after it is filed.
