ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to deduct of the petitioner's pension amount and also direct the 2nd respondent to refund the petitioner's pension, already deducted from May 2018 to July 2018 with interest. 2.This Court, by order dated 08.07.2019, referred the matter to the Medication and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench for effecting settlement between the parties. Pursuant to the said order, both parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and the matter has been amicably settled between them and to that effect, a report has been filed by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai dated 30.07.2019.

2 W.P(MD)No.15193 of 2018 3.A perusal of the aforesaid report shows that both the parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and arrived at an amicable settlement and to that effect, a settlement agreement dated 29.07.2019 has been entered into between the parties. Both the parties have signed in the aforesaid settlement agreement. The learned counsel for both sides have also counter-signed the settlement agreement.
4.Today, both the parties have made their appearance before this Court along with their respective Advocates. The parties have stated before the Court that they aware of the contents in the settlement agreement and they have also accepted the terms of the settlement agreement.
5.Recording the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2019, this writ petition is disposed of. The settlement agreement entered into between the parties on 29.07.2019 shall form part of the order.
