O R D E R

( Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J .) When the petitioner's wife Ranjitha, along with her minor son, aged about 1 1⁄2 years, had gone missing from his house, he had given a complaint, which was registered in Crime No.72 of 2023 under the caption "Woman Missing and Boy Missing". In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for securing his wife and minor son.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced both the petitioner's wife as well as the minor child before us and reported that the petitioner's wife has reconciled and re-joined with the petitioner and they are now living together along with their minor

son. In view of such reconciliation, no further orders are required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
