PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to disburse the petitioner the respective share amount of herself and her two minor children from the insured amount of Rs. 70 Lakhs paid on the death of her husband Karuppsamy by the 1st respondent being credited in the 4th respondents bank account vide SB A/c.No. 32832951511 maintained with the 3rd respondent in the light of her petition dated 03.09.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent.
