O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle namely, Mahindra Bolero bearing Registration No.TN 65 W 3487 which was seized on 25.10.2021 and is in the custody of the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced an order 13.05.2022 passed by the District Revenue Officer (DRO), Kanyakumari District. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a Statement that was recorded from the petitioner before the DRO.

3. In the light of the above development, no orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be an order as to costs.
