ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420, 120(b) and 109 I.P.C., in Cr.No.9 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has produced an order copy of this Court dated 01.10.2021, made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10795 of 2021, whereunder this Court has observed that the main accused is the present petitioner herein and he has not been secured so far and directed the respondent police to file a report as to why the Sub-Registrar has not been secured so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has not been secured and his whereabouts are not known and they are taking earnest efforts to secure the petitioner.

4. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
