O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in S.Nos.92/28 and 92/29 in Kombadi Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his application dated 14.10.2024.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and the revenue records stand in the name of petitioner's grandfather Marappa Naicker. He submitted a representation on 14.10.2024 seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, he has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 2/4
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
