ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1, 6 and 7 to award a Compensation of 50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty 2/5
lakh) payable immediately to the family members of deceased Child R.Vasha Caused due to negligence of the respondents.
2. The petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 8 years tragically died on 02.06.2024 in the premises of the fifth respondent temple, purportedly due to electrocution. An FIR was registered in this connection on 02.06.2024 in Crime No.255 of 2024. The petitioner submitted a representation on 20.03.2025 to the respondents. However, it has not evoked any response.
3. Considering the fact that the death has occurred near the fifth respondent temple, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. Before passing final order, the second respondent shall also consider any solatium/ex gratia that may be payable immediately to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
