For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.400 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 448, 323, 324, 506(ii) & 427 IPC, in Crime No.400 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that frequently, the respondent police went to the residence of the petitioner, who is the juvenile and threatened him that they are going to arrest him at any point of time. Only on that ground, this petition came to be filed.

CRL OP(MD). No.19006 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no such arrest can be effected by the police since the petitioner is the juvenile and there is no such proposal also. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the juvenile may workout his remedy before the Juvenile Justice Board through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
