ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to process and approve the application submitted by the petitioner's Society for amendment of its bye-laws and extension of the tenure of the executive committee, based on the resolution dated 13.07.2025, in Application ID No. S01SREGVV202507301500729 dated 30.07.2025, within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, by recording the undertaking given by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner's application dated 30.07.2025, pursuant to the resolution dated 13.07.2025, will be considered and disposed of on its own merits.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.07.2025, pursuant to the resolution dated 13.07.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
