ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Cr.No.796/2020 on the file of the R1 police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.09.2023 and 05.10.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournments and the case was posted to 20.10.2023. On 20.10.2023 also, learned counsel for the petitioner was not ready for arguments and sought adjournment. Therefore, the matter was adjournment to 09.11.2023. Again it was listed today(09.11.2023) and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment.

3. Inspite of repeated adjournments, learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter. I find no reason to adjourn the matter any further. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
