O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner, who is working as Deputy Tahsildar is involved in Crime No.27 of 2021. The matter relates to issuance of fraudulent patta. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) conceded that the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail. However, according to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

4.Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 04.12.2021 at 11.00 am. It is made clear by the respondents that there is no proposal to register any fresh FIR against the petitioner. The second respondent wants to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.19084 of 2021 enquire the petitioner only regarding the pending case, in which he has already obtained anticipatory bail. The petitioner shall extend his fullest cooperation to the investigation. 5.With these directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
