ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the private respondents and has filed this petition that her complaint has not been enquired by the respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (CrlSide) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is residing in Mumbai, she not appeared for enquiry and has not furnished the documents required by them. Therefore, they could not proceed with the complaint of the petitioner.
3.This court considered the rival submissions made. 4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and furnish the documents required by them. The respondent police shall enquire the petitioner and conclude the investigation within a period of three weeks from the date of her 2/4
appearance and producing the documents. Based on the enquiry they shall proceed further either by registering the case if any cognizable offence is made out or by closing the complaint.
