ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police has not deleted the petitioner's name from the record in the 2nd respondent Police Station in connection with Cr.No.220 of 2023, has filed this writ petition.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.220 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police and after the investigation, they have deleted the petitioner's name and also given instructions to delete the name of the petitioner from the web-site.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to ensure that the name of the petitioner is not reflected as an accused in any of the web-sites. No costs.
