2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, but the same was not taken on cognizance.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5898 of 2023 on 29.03.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 25/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
