O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property of the petitioner's son situated in Old Survey No.544 and New Survey No.1102/11 in Paganatham Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's application dated 16.07.20205.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the third respondent.

3. According to the petitioner, her son Vijayakumar purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 28.03.2012 and patta for the 2/4

same stands in his name in patta No.1310. She submitted an application on 16.07.2025, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that the application dated 16.07.2025 was not filed by the original owner viz., Vijayakumar and the same was filed by one Alagumalai. This Writ Petition is not filed by the original owner of the subject property and the same has been filed by the original owner's mother. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in the Writ Petition, which is not filed by the owner of the subject property.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, if any application for survey of the subject property is filed by its original owner, the same shall be considered by the respondents 1 and 2 in accordance with law and final orders will be passed as expeditiously as possible.
