ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.703 of 2023 dated 28.05.2023 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that despite issuance of summons, the petitioner has not chosen to appear for enquiry.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the third respondent. 4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner shall appear before the third respondent for enquiry and the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take a decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
