ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider 1/4

the representation given by the petitioner, dated 11.01.2024 and subsequent representations given by the petitioner to the first respondent to take necessary action on the complaint on 08.05.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.14 of 2024 came to be registered and again the petitioner has given another complaint alleging that his CCTV got damaged and on that basis, CSR.No.19 of 2024 came to be registered and that since the petitioner has not produced any material, both CSRs came to be closed.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner know to law. No costs.
