For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.344 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No.344 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported three units of gravel sand. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. However, he would further submit that the petitioner shall abide any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.17416 of 2022 have transported three units of gravel sand illegally. He would further submit that the petitioner is having seven previous cases and the investigation in this case is pending. Hence, he strongly opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the gravity and nature of the offence and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this point of time.
