This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to grant educational loan to the Page No. 1 of 4

petitioner based on her on-line application dated nil for the course of B.Sc. (Nursing) in the Institution namely, Navaneetham School of Nursing at Bangalore.

2. In view of the prayer in this Writ Petition, nothing survives for further adjudication as the Writ Petition has become infructuous due to the efflux of time.

3. The petitioner may have a grievance against the college namely, Navaneetham School of Nursing at Bangalore where she pursued her B.Sc. (Nursing) and was unable to pay the fee as the respondent Bank had failed to provide educational loan. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working and therefore, a direction may be given to the college to return her Certificates.

4. It is noticed that the college is not a party to this proceedings. The petitioner has a separate cause of action against the said college. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach appropriate forum for the relief against the said college.
