2.The petitioners seek speedy disposal of D.V.C.No.38 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District. It is seen that the case was instituted way back in the year 2021. The next hearing date is 26.09.2024. The first petitioner herein is ready to appear on the said date. His cross examination shall be concluded on the said date or on the next day. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.38 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
