ORDER

The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.402 of 2022 on the file of Sivakasi East Police Station, Virudhunagar District, and the offences alleged against the accused are under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Prevention of S.C & S.T Atrocities Act.

2. The present petition filed by the petitioner is to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act, Srivilliputur, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and also to consider the bail application on the same day.

3. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. The third respondent is the de-facto complainant.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the injured is still in hospital.

5.Since the injured is still in hospital, may move the petition in appropriate time.
