The learned counsel for the petitioner, who has filed a memo for withdrawal, has requested this Court that a liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the respondent police requesting them for withdrawal of the lookout notice. Permitted.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the respondent police requesting them to withdraw the lookout notice and on filing of such application, the respondent police are directed to consider and dispose of the same as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of filing of the petition.
