This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report made in Crime No. 500 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.374 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
