The petition has been filed in the nature of Habeus Corpus Petition seeking production of the son the petitioner namely Sabari @ Sabariraj, S/o.Senthilkumar aged about 14 years and brother -in-law namely Mani,S/o.Rajendran aged about 28 years.
2. It is stated that the third respondent, the Inspector of Police, S.P.Pattinam Police Station, Ramanthapuram District had registered First Information Report in Crime No.96 of 2024 under Section 5(a) of Explosive Substances Act, against the accused Senthil Kumar, the husband of the petitioner herein. It is stated that the third respondent in order to secure the said Senthilkumar had taken the son of the petitioner Sabari @ Sabariraj and brother -in-law of the petitioner Mani, for interrogation. Apprehending danger to their life, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed that after conducting enquiry, and not interrogation the son of the petitioner Sabari @ Sabariraj and brother -in-law of the petitioner Mani, have both been sent to their relative Kumaraja's house. In this connection they have also produced photographs of the three persons.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also affirms that particular fact
