Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents-1 to 6 to exhume body of the petitioner's mother namely Amaravathy and to conduct postmortem who was murdered by the respondents-7 & 8 by taking appropriate action on petitioner's complaint, dated 17.03.2018. Sugumar COMMON ORDER W.P.(MD) No. 15243 of 2018 has been filed to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action by considering petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2018.

Cr.O.P.(MD) No.5003 of 2018 has been filed to direct the respondents-1 to 6 to exhume body of the petitioner's mother namely Amaravathy and to conduct postmortem who was murdered by the respondents-7 & 8 by taking appropriate action on petitioner's complaint, dated 17.03.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has registered a case based on the petitioner's complaint. The aforesaid statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Petitions are disposed of. No Costs.
