This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Graduate Warden based on the representation dated 04.09.2021 submitted by her.
2. According to the petitioner, she has been working as Intermediate Warden from the year 2015 at Government Hostel, Veerasigamani. After she came to know that there is a vacancy for Graduate Warden, she made representations to promote her as Graduate Warden to the third respondent. However, there was no proper action from the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the third respondent has made recommendation to the second respondent vide letter dated 20.08.2020 to consider the representation of the petitioner and the second respondent is yet to take a decision.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2021 along with the proposal made by the third respondent on 20.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
