For Petitioner : Mr.K.Yasar Arafath.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to execute the non bailable warrant in S.T.C.No.780 of 2018, which was issued on 07.08.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that pending this petition, non bailable warrant was executed, the accused , surrendered and the warrant was also re-called. He would, however, submit that the case is pending trial since 2018, due to the abscondence of the accused and a direction may be issued to the learned Magistrate to consider speedy disposal of the case.

3. The request of the petitioner is justified. The learned Magistrate may conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.780 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
