The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police is 1/4
harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent herein, a petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police in CSR No.667 of 2025 on 03.08.2025 and the same was closed on the same day, as the dispute is civil in nature, by advising the parties to work out their remedy before the appropriate civil Forum. The respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.
