The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that a Maruthi Omni Van was set on fire and in that connection, Crime No.423 of 2021 has been registered for the offence under Section 436 of IPC. The petitioners' involvement in the said offence is suspected. The petitioners are therefore directed to appear for enquiry on 06.12.2021 at 11.00 am. If the respondent proposes to include the petitioners also as accused in the said case, the petitioners will be given due notice, so that they will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
