ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2024 in favour of the petitioner.

2.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 18.05.2024 to inspect the petitioner's house portion as well as other portion and to take necessary legal action against his tenant, has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

4.Mrs.S.Devasena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
