PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.186 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole accused herein, who was arrested on 11.07.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 302 IPC, in Crime No.186 of 2023 on the file of the 1/3

respondent Police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the deceased are close friends and neighbours, frequently in a drunken mood, both assaulted each other. On 11.07.2023 at about 4.00 p.m., on hearing the alarm of Vijayaragavan, the defacto complainant went to the occurrence place and saw that the petitioner attacked the deceased with a knife in his neck and stomach. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the proposal is pending before the competent authority for passing detention orders.

5. In view of the above said development, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed. The petitioner can revive the application at the appropriate time.
