This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry based on my complaint dated 22.09.2022 and to take action against the third Respondent.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after summoning the complainant and the opposite party the petition was closed. The Petitioner himself had given an undertaking that he do not want to proceed with the complaint, therefore the petition was closed. 2/4
