ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 498(A) I.P.C. in Crime No.24 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The fourth petitioner is the husband of the de facto complainant.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that today produced a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.4,000/- drawn in the name of the de facto complainant. The original Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the intervener. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the intervener submits that a maintenance order has been passed in favour of his wife by the

concerned Court. This Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail on condition that the maintenance order passed in favour of the de facto complainant shall be complied with. If this direction is breached and the maintenance order is not complied with, this Court would stand cancelled the anticipatory bail automatically. 6.Taking note of all this aspect, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
