ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 28.06.2022 made in I.A.No.168 of 2019 in O.S.No.114 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present civil revision petition has been filed challenging the order allowing the application for condoning the delay in filing the petition to set aside the ex parte decree. He further submits that thereafter again, the petitioner was set ex parte and the application filed by him to set aside the ex parte decree has also been dismissed.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the relief sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
