JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) These appeals are directed against the twin decree of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur in H.M.O.P.Nos.115 of 2016 and 73 of 2017, dated 17.05.2018 and by which, the husband's petition for dissolution of marriage was allowed and the wife's petition for restitution of conjugal rights was dismissed. Hence, these twin appeals are preferred.

2. Today, both the parties have agreed to abide by the decree of the trial Court but not on the basis of the allegations and counter allegations exchanged between the parties as well as the finding of the Court below. A joint memo dated 26.04.2024 has been filed signed by both the parties along with their

counsel. The same is recorded.

These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in terms of the compromise and a decree be passed in terms of the compromise. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
