O R D E R
The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner participating in the Sri Sanga Vinayagar Temple's Abisheka Arathana Pooja situated at Villapuram, Madurai District, which is scheduled on 07.09.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the third respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has given representation dated 02.09.2024 and the same is pending before the third respondent.

4. As rightly contended by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, after giving representation, dated 02.09.2024, the present petition came to be filed on 04.09.2024.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would further submit that the third respondent has received the representation only on 05.09.2024.
6. Since the petitioner has sought for permission for participating in the temple festival, the same came to be objected by the private respondents, which was scheduled on 07.09.2024 (ie., tomorrow). Since the petitioner has given representation and approached this Court in the last minute, the direction to the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to conduct enquiry with the private respondents cannot be made possible. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief at this point of time.
7. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 06.09.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No 3/4
