2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to non availability of surety, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12380 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
