This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1202 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.The counsel for petitioners submitted that due to financial constrained the petitioners are not able to file an appeal within the time and prays for allowing this petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent opposed the petition by stating that the petitioner has not satisfactorily explained the delay.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

delay is condoned on condition that the claimants are not entitled to interest for the default period.
