Petition for Extension of Time Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10490 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10490 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10490 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that due to unavailability of sureties, the petitioners are unable to produce sureties before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10490 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from 2/3

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
