ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries on the petitioner's property in S.No.296/13C, measuring an extent of 6.5 ares, at Arasarkulam West Revenue Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the application dated 24.06.2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the survey has already been conducted on 16.07.2024 and though the petitioner was present at the time of survey, he has refused to affix his signature to the proceedings and this fact has also been suppressed in the affidavit.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has instructions to state that no survey has been conducted. 2/4

4. However, taking note of the survey sketch, it is clear that such a survey sketch cannot be prepared, unless the Surveyor has physically measured the property. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
