In continuation with order dated 29.11.2021, where the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader to the effect that the retirement benefits of the petitioner's husband has been settled was recorded, today, written instructions in Na.Ka.No.5222/2021/A4, dated 02.12.2021, are circulated to the following effect:

ORDER:- "Thiru I.Mohamed Lathiff, Special Grade Office Asst. Taluk Office, Tirumangalam has retired from service on 31.08.2000 A.N. on superannuation.
He was admitted to the Tamil Nadu Govt. Employees Special Provident Fund cum Gratuity Scheme from April 1984 and he had been subscribing to the Scheme regularly from April '84 to July 1996 continuously for 148 instalments. In exercise of the powers conferred in Rule 13 of the Tamil Nadu Govt. Employees Spl. Provident Fund - cum - Gratuity Scheme 1984 issued in the G.O. cited, sanction is hereby accorded for the sum of Rs.12,963/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Eight only) which is due to him as follows:
Principal (subscription) Rs.2960/- Interest up to 8/2000 5008/- Govt. Contribution 5000/- ---------- Total Rs.12963/- ----------- (Rupees Twelve Thousand and Nine Hundred and Sixty Three only).
The expenditure is debitable to the head of account as noted below:-

The amount will be drawn in T.N.T.C.Form 40(a) Separately."
